Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create a TurboClip account. Because TurboClip is a paid service, you must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use TurboClip with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

TurboClip uses AI to generate scripts, narration, imagery, and video content on your behalf. Please follow these guidelines when using the platform:

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they create, upload, or publish through TurboClip complies with all applicable laws — including copyright, defamation, privacy, and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

Respecting Intellectual Property

Do not upload reference images, data source documents, or other materials you do not have the right to use. Obtain permission from the copyright holder where required. Do not use TurboClip to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Content

You may not use TurboClip to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or discrimination. Turbo Labs reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by TurboClip — including scripts, narration, imagery, and captions — is produced by automated systems that rely on machine learning algorithms with inherently probabilistic characteristics. Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material, and output may not be unique — other users may generate the same or similar content from similar prompts.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. Where applicable law requires disclosure that content is AI-generated, you must indicate this in a way that cannot be reasonably misunderstood. Turbo Labs is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.

Restrictions on Output Use

You may not use content generated by TurboClip to train, test, or otherwise improve any machine learning model or artificial intelligence system.

Turbo Labs does not condone — and cannot be held liable for — content created by users that violates laws or third-party rights. By using our platform you agree to indemnify Turbo Labs from consequences arising from such violations.

Provided you comply with these Terms, Turbo Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform. You agree not to copy, scrape, or access TurboClip via automated means except through the official interfaces we provide (see Section 6) or as otherwise authorized in writing.

We may enforce reasonable limits (e.g. concurrent sessions, usage volume) to protect against unauthorized access or abuse of the service.

TurboClip uses a credit-based pricing model. Every AI generation action (scripting, narration, image creation, video animation) costs a specific number of credits. Credit costs are displayed before each action — no surprises.

Credits are granted through subscription plans (billed monthly or annually) and can be topped up with one-time credit packs. An active subscription is required to purchase credit packs. Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

Credits are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy, non-redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Rollover depends on your plan: on our entry tier, unused monthly subscription credits are forfeited at each renewal; on higher tiers, unused subscription credits roll over while your subscription remains active; and credits purchased in packs do not expire while your account is open. From time to time we may issue promotional or trial credits (for example via a promo code); these may require a valid payment method on file, are generally limited to one redemption per person and per payment card, and may be withdrawn or expired at our discretion. Credit costs vary based on the AI model selected — faster models cost fewer credits, premium models cost more. Free actions such as video rendering, editing, and basic UI operations do not consume credits.

TurboClip lets you connect third-party accounts — such as TikTok — to publish content and retrieve performance analytics. When you connect an account, you authorize TurboClip to access that account and to create, schedule, and publish content on your behalf using the permissions you grant, and to retrieve analytics for content it publishes.

You remain responsible for ensuring your content and posting activity comply with the connected platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and disclosure rules — including labelling AI-generated content where the platform requires it. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from your settings, which revokes TurboClip's ongoing access. Turbo Labs is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms, or for content once it has been published to them.

TurboClip offers a public API and integration endpoints that let you and authorized tools generate content programmatically. Access requires an API key issued from your account; you are responsible for keeping your keys secret and for all activity performed with them.

Automated access is permitted only through these official interfaces and within any published rate limits and usage policies — scraping or accessing the platform through other automated means remains prohibited (Section 3). Content generated via the API is subject to the same content rules, credit charges, and ownership terms as content generated in the app.

TurboClip offers a referral program where users earn tiered subscription discounts by referring others via a personal vanity URL. Discount tiers and durations are subject to change at Turbo Labs's discretion.

Our affiliate program allows partners and influencers to earn commission-based revenue on referred subscription payments. Abuse of either program — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity — will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination.

All platform code, design, trademarks, and branding in TurboClip are owned by Turbo Labs. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of the content you create using TurboClip — including generated videos, slideshows, scripts, and exported media — to the extent such rights are available. You grant Turbo Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and render your content solely to provide the service.

Please note that, depending on your jurisdiction, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection. You are responsible for confirming what rights apply to your output before relying on them.

Content you upload (reference images, data source documents, production notes) remains yours. Turbo Labs will not use your uploaded materials for any purpose other than delivering TurboClip's services to you.

TurboClip allows you to upload reference documents (data sources) to ground AI-generated content in your factual data. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any materials you upload and that they do not contain confidential information belonging to third parties without authorization.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under the consumer laws of your country (see Section 13).

1. Eligibility — Credits are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for credit pack purchases must be made within 7 days of purchase and only if no credits from the purchase have been used. Refunds are granted at Turbo Labs's discretion.
2. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK/EEA) — If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because TurboClip supplies digital content and credits immediately, by purchasing and starting to use credits you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day withdrawal right once generation begins or any credits from the purchase are used. Unused, untouched purchases within 14 days may still be refunded on request.
3. How to Request — Email us at support@turboclip.ai with the subject “Refund Request — TurboClip” including your account email and purchase details.
4. Subscriptions — Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current period.
5. Non-Refundable Cases — Promotional pricing, special offers, and accounts terminated for Terms violations are not refundable.
6. Processing Time — Once approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method. Banks may take 7–14 business days to credit funds.
7. Changes — Turbo Labs may update this policy at any time. Major changes will be posted on our website.

Turbo Labs may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited and your content may be permanently deleted.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content is produced by machine learning systems with inherently probabilistic characteristics and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or material that is offensive or inappropriate. Turbo Labs does not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Turbo Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of TurboClip, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Turbo Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Mandatory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, where they apply to you, the Australian Consumer Law and mandatory consumer rights in the EU, UK, United States, and other jurisdictions. Where such law applies, the exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the extent it permits.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of TurboClip after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction over disputes. However, if you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside: nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of those mandatory consumer-protection rules, or of your right to bring proceedings where your local law entitles you to do so.
