TurboClip MCP

The content engine for agents.

Plug TurboClip into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor and your AI stops describing content and starts shipping it — a finished, ready-to-post video, UGC ad, or slideshow, handed back right in the chat.

No key to copy or manage — you just sign in with your TurboClip account when your agent connects.

From prompt to posted

Your agent runs the whole studio. You just ask.

Step 1

Connect once

Add TurboClip to your agent and sign in with your account — one connector, done in a click. Or drop in an API key for CLI and automations.

Step 2

Ask in plain language

Describe what you want — a video, a UGC ad, a slideshow. Your agent briefs TurboClip and previews the credit cost before a thing is spent.

Step 3

Get a finished file

TurboClip renders in the background and hands back the finished file — the MP4 narrated and captioned, the slides ready to post. No editor, no shoot.

Inside the chat

UGC ads

An AI presenter speaks your script straight to camera.

Slideshows

Scroll-stopping image carousels, built scene by scene.

Cost up front

Your agent previews the credit cost before a thing is spent.

Your whole library

Browse and reuse everything you’ve generated — just ask for it.

Plays well with others

Drop a finished clip into a Slack or Gmail draft, same chat.

Questions

Good to know.

Where does TurboClip MCP work?

Claude (Desktop, Code, and CLI), ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, VS Code, and Gemini — plus any client that speaks the MCP protocol.

What can it make?

Narrated, captioned videos; UGC-style ads with an AI presenter; and image slideshows — each rendered in the background and handed straight back in the chat.

Which models does it use?

TurboClip picks the best model for each job by default — or name a specific one in your prompt and it uses that.

Does my plan cover it?

MCP and API access are included on the Creator plan and up. Signing in is free — if a tool asks you to upgrade, that’s the plan gate, not an error.

How does billing work?

Generation reserves credits up front, and the reservation is the charge — only failed jobs refund. Your agent previews the cost before it commits. Free, with no credits: onboarding, balance checks, cost estimates, and fetching a job’s status or result.

One-click sign-in or API key — which do I use?

Sign in for chat clients like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. Use an API key for CLI, automations, and code. Both act on your account’s plan and credits.

What’s the difference between the MCP and the API?

The API is for developers wiring TurboClip directly into their own code. The MCP lets your AI assistant use TurboClip in plain language — no code required.

Besides generating, what else can it do?

Check your credit balance, browse and re-surface past creations right in the chat, and run alongside your other connectors — none of which costs a credit.

How is my data handled?

Your prompts and the content you generate stay private to your account and workspace — nothing is shared across accounts.
